\n\n\n----- Original Message -----\nFrom: \n Dave \n Howard\n \nSent: Friday, July 23, 2004 12:35 \nPM\nSubject: [01v96] Sound card for \n Recording\n\nSorry Folks, I tried to access the archives, but can't seem to \n remember
my sign in I.D. It seems I have two for my e-mail address \n (maybe Uncle
Ronnie can help me with this).\n\nDave,\nYour Yoohoo id is \n davghoward and your address is listed as the one at verizon. Same as the one \n that you posted from this message. I only see one membership for you and you \n have Individual emails selected. If you have any more problems, contact me off \n list and I'll see what I can do. I may have to send you a moderators personal \n invitation for re-sign up. On any account, let me know if you can access the \n archives with the id that I just posted for you.\n\nI don't use lap tops, so hopefully someone \n else will chime in.\n\nOn the ADD-On's that will \n be coming out soon. Story that I got. Like soundman mentioned, they will not \n be on a card, but will be a load in probably by USB or Midi port, but \n only possible after you update to Version 2. Unless things have changed the DG \n Stomp type guitar modeling will be one of the add on's and IIRC, a new reverb \n and a new compressor array.\n\nPetri, do you know if the y96k, will be \n retro to the 48k boards. IOW, will it also work on the old 01v and the \n AW4416?\n\nThanks,\n\nUncle Ronny :O)\n
I've seen several references over the past year to sound cards \n and
laptops. I would like to record using my laptop, but of course I \n only
have a standard mic input. Is there some sort of external \n device that
I can patch my board into and then use my CubaseVst \n software. I used to
have a Tascam 428, but I sold it. \n Any ideas.....Thanks!!
