\n> Sounds to me like the drummer sings, you are playing on a lot
\nof wooden stages and you can't get the PA up real loud without low
\nend rumble. If that's the case, the kick is going through the wooden
\nfloor up though the drummers mic stand entering his mic and going
\nthrough the mains and looping back through his monitors, building
\nand recyclinging until the rumble is constant, this comes out of the
\nFOH, even though the FOH speakers aren't the speakers causing the
\nrumble. Cut 50Hz all the way off on your graphic, move the drummers
\nmonitor where it will face the back of his mic or as close to the
\nback as you can. Turn it back up. If the drummer ain't singing, don't
\njump real hard on the stage between the frontline mics and the kick
\ndrum unless you have some good health insurance. :O)

\n> I quit using rack graphic eq's when I bought my first 01v in
\n1998. You won't need any rack devices with the 01v96, if you decide
\nto buy one, but it wouldn't stop kick drum/shitty build stages
\ncausing rumble loops through the monitors and mains, if you don't eq
\nthe mics correctly.

\n> Tip regarding drummers that sing and use wedge to monitor
\nthemselves. Floor wedges on the floor tom side get blocked real bad.
\nWedge behind the drums offers the worst feedback rejection. Wedge on
\nthe floor, snare and hat side are blocked too. Place the wedge
\nforward of the hat up high, where it's in the drummers face and you
\ncan lower the gain on it where feedback won't be a concern. Set it on
\na chair, turn wedge on it's side, so the wedge won't throw the sound
\nup. Your drummer will be asking you to turn his monitor down before
\nit feeds back.
