\nI do have a market for them... both in the US and elsewhere.

\nThere will not be any system fronts in the lot, maybe one or two. They\nwere sold off already. All the remaining radios are the same model\nnumber PAPATH which is the UHF government split. They are EDACS DES so\nthey should all have flashable boards and DES modules (if they weren't\ndemilled)
\n
\nThey apparently came from the Dept of Energy in Nevada, who used to\noperate an EDACS system. Now they using Provoice or some other flavor\nof propietary encrypted system. So it make sense that their radios\nwould be surplussed about now.\n
\n
\nThe question still remains, anyone know anyone near Chula, CA?

\n\n\nThe way to do this is to have some ham's in the local area\npick them up, and divvy them out in flate rate postal boxes. You can\nget 10-12 radios in one flat rate box for $10. $165 for the lot, and\nanother $1 each for the shipping is $2 a radio.
\n
\n
\nBatteries are the problem in my view... Interstate has quit selling MPA\nbatteries to me, and stopped stocking them.

\nI would highly anticipate that a lot if not all of them are low split\nUHF and arent 081 logic boards from what ive seen turn up at the local\nsurplus places

\nI'm good for a bunch
\n
\nUpon closer inspection of the photos I see some system fronts, so it's
\npossible that there is a mix of splits as well as model numbers.
\n
\nI emailed the guy about the model numbers in the lot, no response yet.
\nHas anyone bought from this guy before?
