\n Hi group - I just joined today and I'm liking what I see!
\n
\nI've recently acquired a number of MPA radios and needless to say, I'm very impressed with what I see - MUCH higher quality than my Motorola gear, even those costing much more.
\n
\nI am however in need of programming for these. My I'm not sure what bandsplit these are, as they have frequencies as low as 140.970 and as high as 162.550. I can only assume someone did the control-e thing.
\n
\nThat said, I have the programming software, but I need the hardware.
\nI've built several Motorola RIBs so I'm sure I can handle the GE stuff.
\n
\nWhile I appreciate that Price Industries sells a fine unit, I would much prefer to do it myself. I've also got some other GE gear (PCS, MRK, MPD, Rangr, MDX, MLS, MVS) that I'd love to get programmed, so an all-purpose solution would be awesome!
\n
\nDoes anyone have any simple schematics or other ideas, perhaps how to use a Motorola RIB on GE gear?
\n
\nThanks in advance!
