Paul,
Where does one send a T221 for service?
Simon thinks he \nhas a DG5; but the fact that it came with two
converter boxes doesn't mean \nthose converters were for that monitor.
The label on the side of the \nmonitor for my T221 says 9503-DG5. Does
yours say 9503-DG1? What I'm trying \nto figure out is if IBM included
the type (DGx) all along. If so, wouldn't \nSimon's T221 have that on
the label? I guess that's a question for Simon. \n
Looking for a really old manual, I downloaded the one from Iyama, \n
dated July 2002
(http://www.iiyama. co.uk/media/ cache/e_USM_ AQU5611DBK. pdf). \nThe DDC-
CPU version was already 3.2 back then, and that's way before the \nDG5.
Could it be a T220?
Carlos
