Howdy yall… \n
\n\nFirst off, interesting group… I look forward to reading and learning…..\n
\n\nSecondly… and this is going to sound stupid.. But I am uneducated (for now) in the ways of Trunking 800 systems… \n
\n\nIs there a decent site out there (or would someone with patience explain it here) that deals primarily with the Spectra radio and setting it up for an 800 Mhz trunking system…. Personalities, Modes, Systems, talk groups, subsystems and all the other seemingly nonsensicle items in the software …
\n\nI see where there are 4 Primary Freqs on a personality… but I know the system I am hoping to get on (I suppose I could wait and clone one of theirs but that wouldn’t be fun now would it?) but the whole system runs on like 20 different freqs, with some being 856.xxx or 857.xxx mhz while there are most over 860.xxx mhz
\n\nI would appreciate a lesson or 20 if someone has time or can put it in a semi non technical way…. Programming my Maratracs and MT1000's was easy compared to trying to decipher this stuff..
\n\nThanks for any help,\n
