Subject: [Motorola_Software_Users] XTS3000 setup issue
\n \n\n\n\nMy VHF and UHF XTS3000's are set up so that the top side button\n\n\n\n\n\n
(the purple one) is set for "monitor". When I press the button on
the VHF radio, you hear the squelch noise and the speaker icon
appears. However, on the UHF radio, pressing the monitor button
makes the speaker icon appear, but no squelch noise is heard.
This goes for both CSQ and PL programmed channels. I assume there
is some setting somewhere that is causing this, what might cause
no squelch noise to be heard when the monitor button is pressed?
