Use 27C64 eproms and an eprom programmer such as "Intronics Pocket Programmer"  to make chips. Files are in Motorola S format.

To program Fuji radios, remove factory supplied chip and insert UHF or VHF programming eprom into socket.  Short S1 to ground using screwdriver.
To program frequecies use Program button for moving between selections in
each channel (TX, RX, Channel guard TX, RX).  When in channel number mode use
channel select switch to move between channels (forward or back).  When in
frequency mode, press channel select to select digit to be changed, rotate
channel select to step number up or down.  Channel guard reads actual
channel guard frequency in hz. Last selection is time out timer.

Turn radio off to return to non-programming mode.

Programming chip can be left in or removed and customers chip put back in.
