Xmit RB = transmit reverse burst at end of transmission
Scn l/o = Scan lock out, this channel locked out of scanning function
T/D bsy = Transmit disable when this channel is busy
T/E CG = if T/D bsy is enabled, transmit enable if CG received is the same as programmed
D/A mon = if T/D bsy and T/E CG are enabled, disable monitor when mic off hook
Hrn Hnk = Horn honk, a front panel key must be designated to enable this feature.
